The opportunity

You will be responsible for the planning and implementing strategies for UPI globally for NIPL. You will also support the Head of Product Management in identifying, investigating and assessing growth opportunities for NIPL relating to product development. Technical, functional or operational expertise relating to payments domain will be an added advantage.

Key responsibilities
- Product Development Draft and closure of complex, win-win partner agreements
- Manage the day-to-day relationships with internal external partners
- Ensure standardizations of processes, documentation and creating product value proposition.
- Product Design and Customization to cater to diverse markets
- Product Portfolio Management identifying areas of improvement, Ownership for driving overall product PL and optimization of the PL by controlling costs and improving product margin.




- Analysis/Insights Research and Assessment on country specific Retail Payments Industry
- Competitor Profiling -assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of current and potential competitors.
- Develop business cases, taking into strategy, financial business analysis and synergies
- Identify need for, procure and manage outside knowledge on as needed basis
- Obtaining necessary Regulatory and Board approvals
- Assist in drafting of Operating Rules and Regulations for upcoming Network arrangements in respective geography
- Setting up SLA between internal stakeholders with respect to various aspects of the product.
- Interdepartmental liasoning of Risk Compliance, Central Operations, Channel and Business teams for driving product efficiently
