Key Activities and Responsibilities
- Specifying and defining the process and the product specification:
- Maintain process control charts, machine setting document, sop’s etc.
- Regular follow-up with technology center for the updating of product and process specification
- Co- ordination with Global process owner on the improvement projects.
- Data collection and analysis:
- Monitoring and controlling of plant overall processabilty.
- Weekly and monthly process ability analysis.
- Sharing the process ability with KLP.
- Control of die consumption.
- Design a system to effectively formulate data, to give better control on the process there by reducing the waste.
- Perform RI analysis for repetitive problem through systematic problem solving technique.
- Make decisions to make variations in the process with the objective to improve the process stability.
