Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Influencer Marketing role based in Mumbai. The Influencer Marketing Specialist will identify, approach, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators across social media platforms. Daily responsibilities include negotiating collaborations, coordinating product sends, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring brand alignment in all influencer content.
The role involves close collaboration with social media, marketing, and sales teams to develop integrated campaigns, increase brand awareness, and drive conversions. The specialist will also monitor trends in beauty and skincare, prepare regular performance reports, and contribute to creative ideas for influencer-led campaigns.
