Sales Quality & Governance

Establish and manage a robust daily governance framework for sales activities across the region

Audit sales processes to ensure adherence to organizational standards and compliance norms

Monitor and evaluate input activities (calls, meetings, lead generation efforts) for quality and effectiveness
What does the job entail?

Branch Audits & Gap Identification

Conduct regular audits of branch-level sales activities and discipline

Identify operational, behavioural, and process-related gaps within teams

Partner with branch managers to close gaps and drive accountability
Work Experience

Reporting & Stakeholder Management

Prepare periodic dashboards and reports for leadership highlighting key insights, risks, and opportunities

Collaborate with regional sales heads and other stakeholders to align on quality standards and improvement plans

Work closely with senior leadership (CH, AVP, VP & SVP, etc.) on performance reviews and governance frameworks





Support training and coaching initiatives based on audit findings
Essential Qualification

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field

5–7 years of experience in sales, training, or quality assurance roles

Strong understanding of sales processes, funnel management, and conversion metrics

Proven experience in governance, compliance, or audit frameworks

Good understanding of the Agency Distribution model

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience in financial services / insurance / banking sales environments

Solid proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and reporting tools

Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools

Experience in managing or contributing to Partner Engagement Programs (ACE)
