Role Description
The Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer role is a contract position based in Pune City with a hybrid work model, allowing some work from home. The developer will design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates,



workflows, and integrations to support high-quality web and digital products. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing responsive front-end interfaces, configuring and optimizing AEM instances, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring secure, performant deployments. The role also involves collaborating with UX designers, back-end engineers, and product teams to translate requirements into scalable AEM solutions, as well as participating in code reviews and documentation. The developer will contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and help align AEM implementations with client and project objectives.

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development, including components, templates, dialogs, workflows, and OSGi services.
- Experience with Java and related frameworks (e.g., Sling, OSGi, JCR) for back-end AEM development.
