Aspire INC is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Service Engineer to handle installation, maintenance, and servicing of laboratory and industrial instruments. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring equipment performance, customer satisfaction, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, and demonstration of instruments at customer sites
- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown servicing
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Provide in office and remote technical support to clients
- Maintain service reports, calibration records, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and principals for spare parts and technical support
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely service delivery
- Conduct basic operational training for end users
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Instrumentation,
Mechanical, or related field
- 210 years of experience in servicing laboratory or industrial equipment
- Required Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic systems
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work independently and manage field visits
- Willingness to travel frequently
Preferred Skills
- Experience with laboratory instrumentation
- Knowledge of calibration and validation processes
- Exposure to industries like pharmaceuticals, paint & coatings, or research labs
