We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, dispatch, or transportation coordination. The candidate must be open to frequent travel whenever required to coordinate with vendors, warehouses, transport partners, and project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- Plan and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, warehouses, and internal teams.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and shipment records.
- Coordinate dispatch schedules and monitor inventory movement.
- Follow up with logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and transportation costs.
- Ensure compliance with transportation and logistics regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales,
and project teams for smooth material movement.
- Handle vendor communication and negotiate transportation timelines when required.
- Prepare logistics reports and MIS for management.
- Visit warehouses, vendor locations, project sites, and client locations whenever required.
Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Experience in shipment coordination and dispatch management.
- Knowledge of logistics documentation and inventory movement.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Solid problem-solving and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹9,050.05 - ₹30,000.00 per month
