Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and result-oriented fresh graduates who aspire to build a career in B2B IT Sales. As a Trainee – Inside Sales, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, engaging prospects through multiple channels, and supporting the sales team in driving business growth for our IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities




- Conduct market research to identify prospective customers and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Promote PSR TECH HUB's IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cyber Security, Managed Services, Software, and digital transformation solutions.
- Qualify leads, schedule customer meetings, and support the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Update CRM with customer interactions and prepare periodic sales activity reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree (BBA, B. Com, B.Sc., BCA, B. Tech, BE) or MBA (Marketing) – Freshers are welcome with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Solid interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media platforms.
