Job Description
We are seeking a skilled content developer to support a range of training programs and digital learning initiatives. This role will assist in instructional design to enhance e-learning content, analyze learning data, and work closely with key stakeholders to improve the effectiveness of digital learning. This position will also be responsible for managing and delivering current hire onboarding and department specific trainings to employees through the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for learners, instructors, and administrators.

This position works in the Talent Management and Learning COE and reports to the Senior LMS Team Lead who is based in Hyderabad, India.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

E-Learning Development & Instructional Design:
- Design and develop end-to-end courseware, including interactive eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, simulations, videos, and assessments aligned with defined learning objectives, using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia,



and similar platforms.
- Create and refine clear, engaging instructional content—including scripts, storyboards, assignments, and assessments—by converting SME-provided content and technical documentation into learner-ready training materials aligned with established learning frameworks such as ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop, implement, and maintain e-learning courses and training materials.
- Conduct rigorous quality reviews of training content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with instructional design and industry standards.
- Maintain and manage content updates, version control, and archival processes to ensure training materials remain current and relevant.

LMS Administration and Support:
