Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Engineer with 2 to 8 years of experience in field sales for process instrumentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key OEM accounts, and developing new end-user relationships across the Dairy, Food, and Pharmaceutical sectors.

This role is primarily based in Pune, but will require travel to regions around Pune at End User locations and sometimes to Nagpur and Aurangabad.

Key Responsibilities
- Field Sales & Account Management: Manage and grow business with existing key OEM accounts and End Users while actively prospecting and acquiring new accounts.
- Technical Consultation: Understand customer requirements and technical specifications to recommend the right process instrumentation solutions.
- Target Industry Focus: Drive sales specifically within the hygienic and regulated process industries, including Dairy, Food & Beverage, and Pharmaceuticals.
- Sales Cycle Management: Handle the entire sales cycle from lead generation, site visits,



and technical presentations to commercial negotiations and order closure.
- Territory Expansion: Effectively manage and expand the business footprint in the assigned region
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and industry developments to identify recent growth opportunities.

Technical Knowledge & Skills Required
- Strong fundamental understanding of working principles and field applications of process instruments.
- Familiarity and use of the following measurement instruments:
- Level (Radar, Ultrasonic, Capacitance, etc.)
- Pressure (Transmitters, Gauges, Switches)
- Temperature (RTDs, Thermocouples, Transmitters)
- Analytical / Liquid Analysis (Conductivity, Turbidity, pH)
- Flow (Electromagnetic, Vortex, Coriolis, Mass Flow)

Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Education:E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 8 years of prove
