Role

As the Operations Manager – Youth Program, you will strengthen programme operations by managing financial planning, grants, donor reporting, project management, compliance, and operational systems. You will collaborate with programme, finance, fundraising, and technology teams to improve programme delivery and organisational impact.

Responsibilities
- Manage financial resource allocation with programme and finance teams.
- Analyse budgets, expenditure, and programme data to support decision-making.
- Support budgeting, grant utilisation, and donor reporting.
- Strengthen project management and grant management systems.
- Review contracts, MoUs, consultancy agreements, and compliance documentation.




- Support project leads in managing timelines, risks, and programme delivery.
- Consolidate programme progress and financial reports for leadership and donors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors and external stakeholders.
- Support proposal development and programme expansion through operational and financial inputs.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in programme operations, consulting, project management, or grants management.
- Experience managing budgets, grants, compliance, and CSR regulations.
- Solid financial analysis and data interpretation skills.
- Experience using digital project management and collaboration tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration platforms.
- Willingness to travel across India.
