As a Telecaller Executive, your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers, explain our marketing services, generate quality leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team. Freshers are welcome, and complete training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Introduce and explain the company's digital marketing services.
- Understand customer requirements and answer their queries professionally.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.




- Follow up with interested prospects via phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead status.
- Maintain professionalism and excellent call quality.

Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi (Basic English is an advantage).
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
