POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Salesforce Developer - Salesforce Platform Specialist , you will take on a dual role, blending advanced administration and development to optimize and enhance our Salesforce platform. You ll be responsible for configuring, customizing, and building solutions that align with business needs and drive operational success. Drawing on your expertise in both declarative tools and programmatic development, you ll deliver robust, scalable solutions while adhering to Salesforce best practices. Whether you re fine-tuning automations, solving complex technical challenges, or integrating external systems, your work will ensure our Salesforce ecosystem remains a powerful and efficient tool for the organization.

This role requires strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and platform capabilities, along with a solid understanding of data modeling, security, and system performance. You will also contribute to code quality, CI/CD processes,



and continuous improvement of the Salesforce ecosystem.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

BUILDING ENHANCEMENTS (40%)

Flow Development: Design, develop, and optimize Salesforce Flows to create scalable, maintainable, and efficient business processes while adhering to Salesforce best practices.

Custom Development: Build sophisticated solutions using APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other programmatic tools to address complex business needs. Ensure all customizations are secure, effective, and compliant with Salesforce standards.

Integration Design: Develop and maintain seamless integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs or middleware, ensuring smooth data exchange and automation.

Comprehensive Documentation: Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation for technical solutions, processes, and configurations. Foster a culture of knowledge sharing to promote system sustainability and ease of futu
