Job Summary

KAS Home Elevators is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and expand our customer base in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be committed to achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking.

* Meet prospective customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable home elevator solutions.

* Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers, architects, builders, and channel partners.

* Conduct product presentations and site visits.

* Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.





* Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Coordinate with the operations and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

* Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

* 0–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Willingness to travel within
Lucknow
for client meetings.

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

* A valid two-wheeler and driving license are preferred.
