Role Description
The Senior Production Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, ensuring that manufacturing processes run efficiently, safely, and in line with quality standards and delivery commitments.



The Senior Production Engineer will plan and monitor production schedules, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and implement process improvements to optimize resource utilization and reduce downtime. Daily tasks include analyzing production data, identifying root causes of issues, driving corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing and standard work practices. The role also involves guiding and mentoring production staff, maintaining effective communication with management and stakeholders, and supporting compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
