We are seeking an experienced
Quality Assurance (QA) Lead
to define and execute the overall QA strategy while leading a team of QA engineers. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for establishing testing standards, overseeing test planning and execution, mentoring team members, and ensuring every release meets the highest quality standards before production.

The successful candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, SMEs, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality software in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

QA Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA Engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Define QA objectives, testing standards, and best practices across projects.
- Establish key quality metrics and monitor team performance against project goals.

QA Strategy & Test Planning
- Define and maintain the overall testing strategy for multiple products and releases.
- Develop comprehensive test plans that ensure appropriate functional, integration, regression,



and end-to-end test coverage.
- Review, approve, and prioritize test cases to ensure maximum risk coverage.

Test Execution
- Oversee and contribute to manual and automated testing activities.
- Ensure thorough validation of functional requirements, usability, system integrations, and edge-case scenarios.
- Identify software defects, performance issues, and stability risks before production deployment.

Release Management
- Coordinate testing schedules with Product Leads and Engineering teams.
- Monitor release readiness and provide transparent status updates throughout the development lifecycle.
- Serve as the final quality gate by certifying releases for production deployment.

Defect Management
- Lead defect triage sessions and prioritize issues based on business impact.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely defect resolution.
- Track defect trends and recommend process improvements.
