About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and highly networked Corporate Sales professional to drive sponsorship revenue and strategic brand partnerships across IIFA's portfolio of intellectual properties, including:
- IIFA Awards
- IIFA Utsavam
- IIFA Connex
- IIFA Honors
- IIFA Green Room (Podcast)

The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, experience in selling sponsorships for live events or media properties, and the ability to create innovative brand integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate sponsors across multiple industry sectors.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, Corporate Communications, CSR, and Leadership teams.
- Develop integrated sponsorship proposals aligned with clients' marketing and business objectives.




- Drive end-to-end sponsorship sales—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closure, and post-event relationship management.
- Collaborate with internal creative, marketing, production, and client servicing teams to develop compelling sponsorship concepts.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging sponsorship opportunities.
- Represent IIFA at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings.
- Support the development of new sponsorship assets and year-round IPs.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years
of experience in Corporate Sales, Sponsorship Sales, Brand Partnerships, or Business Development.
- Strong network within India's corporate ecosystem with demonstrated access to key marketing decision-makers.
