About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised
HR Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining employee attendance records, and handling day-to-day HR and administrative operations. This role is best suited for someone with excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and attention to detail. This is an on-site work from office role located at Versova, Andheri (W)

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment




- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Ensure a smooth joining and induction experience for current employees.

Attendance & Employee Records
- Monitor and maintain daily employee attendance.
- Track leaves, late comings, and regularise attendance records.
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Update and manage employee records in HR trackers.

HR Administration
- Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for new joiner requirements.
