Job Description: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand Tritorc's presence across assigned industries and territories.
- Identify recent business opportunities, emerging markets, industrial projects, and strategic customers.
- Drive customer acquisition initiatives and expand relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, end users, and industrial clients.
- Develop long-term growth plans for domestic markets and assigned industry segments.

Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Engineers.
- Set individual and team KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and guidance.
- Conduct performance reviews and support capability development within the team.
- Ensure effective territory planning, customer coverage, and opportunity management.

Key Account Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with strategic customers and key decision-makers.
- Oversee vendor registrations, customer onboarding,



and account development activities.
- Support the team in handling high-value negotiations and complex customer engagements.
- Strengthen long-term customer partnerships to maximize business opportunities.

Sales & Technical Coordination
- Work closely with Sales Engineers to ensure timely conversion of qualified opportunities into orders.
- Support customers with technical and commercial discussions by coordinating with Engineering, Service, and Operations teams.
- Review techno-commercial proposals and ensure customer requirements are addressed effectively.
- Participate in major customer meetings, technical presentations, and strategic negotiations.

Market Intelligence & Business Planning
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Develop business plans based on industry insights and market opportunities.
- Ensure accurate CRM management, opportunity tracking
