Job Summary

We are seeking a agile HR Business Partner (Sales) to support our Sales organization by aligning people strategies with business objectives. The role requires close partnership with Sales leaders to drive talent management, employee engagement, performance, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness across regional and field sales teams. The ideal candidate should have prior experience supporting sales or customer-facing functions in FMCG, Consumer, Retail, Telecom, Pharma, BFSI, or Technology organizations. Similar Sales HRBP roles in Bengaluru commonly emphasize business partnering with field teams, performance management, workforce planning, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales leadership to understand business priorities and translate them into HR initiatives.
- Drive manpower planning, sales hiring, onboarding, and workforce productivity.




- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, PIPs, and calibration.
- Coach Sales managers on employee performance, leadership, conflict resolution, and talent development.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives to reduce sales attrition.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and compliance with company policies.
- Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, productivity, hiring, absenteeism, and engagement to provide actionable insights.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations teams to deliver business outcomes.
- Support organization restructuring, change management, and succession planning initiatives.
- Travel periodically to regional sales offices to engage with field teams and business leaders.

Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 4-6 years
