*Creative Associate – Graphic Design*

Experience Required: 6 Months – 1 Year (Freshers with strong portfolio may be considered)
Educational Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree
Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month

*Position Overview*

Elixir Foundation is seeking a young, creative, proactive,



and socially driven Creative Associate – Graphic Design & Social Media Management to strengthen the organisation’s visual communication and digital presence. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing impactful creatives, managing social media platforms, developing engaging digital content, and supporting communication campaigns that highlight the organisation’s work and impact.

This role is ideal for young professionals passionate about creativity, social impact, storytelling, and digital engagement.

*Key Roles & Responsibilities*

1. Graphic Design & Creative Development

· Design high-quality posters, banners, social media creatives, brochures, flyers, reports, certificates, presentations, and promotional materials.

· Create campaign visuals aligned with organisational objectives and communication strategies.

· Develop creative concepts for awareness campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives.

· Ensure all designs are visually appealing, impactful, and audience-centric.
