Payroll Specialist / ANZ Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Payroll Specialists / ANZ Payroll Analysts with expertise in Australian & Current Zealand Payroll. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end payroll processing, payroll compliance, reconciliations, reporting, and payroll systems such as Oracle HCM.

Key Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end Australian/New Zealand payroll accurately within SLA timelines.
- Manage payroll transactions including hires, exits, transfers, overtime, leave, and payroll corrections.
- Perform payroll calculations, arrears, retro pay, tax adjustments, and manual payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation, Fair Work requirements, Superannuation, and taxation.
- Conduct payroll audits, reconciliations, General Ledger validation, and payroll reporting.
- Support quarter-end and year-end payroll activities.
- Resolve payroll-related employee and stakeholder queries.




- Collaborate with internal and onshore teams to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.

Required Skills
- 1–7 years of payroll experience (ANZ/Australian Payroll preferred).
- Experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
- Knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, NES, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, and Long Service Leave.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM (preferred), Workday, MYOB, or other payroll platforms.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
- MBA (HR) or Payroll Certification is an added advantage.

Work Environment
- 24×7 rotational shifts.
- Willingness to work during payroll cycles and critical business periods.
