Job Summary:
As a Senior SQA Engineer, you will lead testing efforts to ensure that our mobile apps deliver exceptional performance, usability, and stability. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with development teams, business analysts, product managers, and designers to identify, isolate, and report issues while promoting best practices for mobile app quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Test Strategy & Planning: Develop and drive test strategies, plans, and schedules for mobile applications across both iOS and Android platforms.
- Mobile App Testing: Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing for iOS and Android applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices and operating systems.
- Cross-Platform Testing: Ensure consistent behaviour and UI across multiple device types, screen sizes, and OS versions for both iOS and Android.
- Bug Identification & Reporting: Identify, log, and prioritize defects in tracking systems like JIRA, providing clear and actionable steps to developers for issue resolution.




- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to ensure quality is embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
- Backend API Testing: Perform testing on backend services and APIs. Validate the integration of mobile applications with backend APIs, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and performance.
- Test Documentation: Create and maintain detailed test cases, test scripts, and documentation for manual and automated tests.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior QA engineers, providing guidance and sharing best practices for mobile app testing.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the refinement of the QA process, improve existing testing methodologies, and stay updated on industry trends and current tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in quality assurance with at least 5 years focused on mobile
