Job Description – System Administrator (2–3 Years Experience)About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and skilled System Administrator with 2–3 years of experience to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, providing technical support, ensuring system security, and delivering smooth day-to-day IT operations. This role requires robust troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with Windows environments, and basic networking knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and peripheral devices.
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, email configurations, access permissions, and Active Directory (if applicable).
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT infrastructure.
- Perform software installation, upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, printer, network, VPN, and connectivity-related issues.




- Maintain and manage IT assets, licenses, and technical documentation.
- Perform regular data backup, recovery, and system health checks.
- Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and firewalls (basic level).
- Implement and follow IT security policies, antivirus management, and endpoint protection.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for hardware procurement, repairs, and issue resolution.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities by provisioning and deprovisioning IT resources.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets while maintaining service quality.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Sc. (IT), BE/B.Tech, MCA, or an equivalent qualification.
