Job Description- Sales Manager (Recovered Carbon Black (RCB)

Location: Delhi (Residence Based)
Sales Area: Pan India (All India)
Travel: Extensive travel across India (2 to 3 weeks per month)
Experience: 12 to 18 years of relevant experience
Industry Focus: Carbon Black, Recovered Carbon Black (RCB), Rubber, Polymer, Chemical Industries.
Target Industries: Plastic Manufacturing, Rubber Manufacturing, Tyre, Masterbatch, Polymer & Allied Industries.
Salary: As per market standards and company norms. Negotiable based on experience and current CTC

Role Summary :-
The Sales Manager will lead Pan India business development for Hi Green Carbon products, driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition, expansion of existing accounts, and technical-commercial support. The role requires a self-driven professional capable of independently managing sales, territory expansion, negotiations, customer relationships, and collections while delivering sustainable

business growth.
Key Responsibilities:-




- Drive Recent Business Development across India.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue budgets for assigned territories.
- Increase business with existing customers through strategic account management.
- Develop new territories, applications, and market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and OEMs.
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers.
- Coordinate product trials with customers and technical/plant teams.
- Understand customer production processes and recommend suitable RCB/Carbon Black solutions.

-Handle order negotiation, commercial discussions, order execution, and timely collections.

-Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships. - Identify opportunities within Plastic, Rubber, Tyre, Masterbatch,

Polymer, and related industries.
- Prepare customer visit reports within 1 or 2 days, monthly sales forecasts, travel plans, and weekly
collection plans as
