Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our manufacturing team. This role offers an excellent prospect for fresh engineering graduates to gain practical experience in production, quality, maintenance, process improvement, and manufacturing operations under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training programs across manufacturing functions.
- Assist in day-to-day production and shop-floor operations.
- Monitor production processes and support achievement of daily production targets.
- Learn manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality standards.
- Support production planning, process monitoring, and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Participate in 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and TPM activities.
- Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
- Prepare daily production and process reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
- Follow all quality, safety, and company procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing fundamentals.
