1) Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures for plastic injection moulding and paint shop operations.
2) Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and company procedures.
3) Conduct root cause analysis using quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
4) Handle customer complaints and coordinate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams for timely resolution.
5) Perform process audits, product audits, and layered process audits.
6) Review and approve PPAP documentation, Control Plans, PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, and Work Instructions.
7) Ensure calibration of measuring instruments and maintenance of inspection equipment.
8) Prepare and present quality reports to management and customers.
9) Coordinate with suppliers to resolve incoming material quality issues.
