Job Overview

Bardiya Group is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Billing & Planning Manager
with a strong background in hospitality projects, luxury clubs, hotels, or large commercial developments. The candidate will be responsible for handling project billing, planning, cost monitoring, contractor coordination, BOQ management, and project progress tracking to ensure smooth execution within timelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hospitality construction/projects and robust coordination skills with consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end project billing activities including contractor billing, vendor bills, IPC certification, and client billing coordination.
- Prepare and monitor project planning schedules, timelines, and progress reports.
- Manage BOQ verification,



quantity estimation, and rate analysis.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, finance, and site execution teams for smooth workflow.
- Track project costs, material consumption, and budget utilization.
- Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports, billing statements, and project status reports.
- Monitor work progress as per approved project schedules and highlight delays/deviations.
- Review contractor claims, work orders, purchase orders, and payment certifications.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance related to billing and project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and site teams for planning and execution activities.
- Maintain accurate project records, measurements, and reconciliation reports.
- Support management in project forecasting, budgeting, and operational planning.
- Ensure quality standards and project deadlines are maintained effectively.
