At SmartPM, we're transforming how construction projects are managed through data-driven schedule analytics. As an Account Executive focused on the public sector, you'll play a critical role in bringing our innovative platform to government agencies and organizations responsible for some of the country’s most complex infrastructure and capital projects.

As an Account Executive at SmartPM, you’ll apply an understanding of SmartPM’s products, sales methodology, processes, prospecting techniques, and client base while selling to the public sector. You don't wait for opportunities to come to you—you go out and find them. You’ll research the public sector market, identify opportunities within government agencies, and design strategic, high-touch sales approaches to position SmartPM as the go-to solution for construction schedule intelligence.

SmartPM empowers public sector organizations to deliver projects on time and within budget by offering real-time visibility into performance, risks, and inefficiencies.

This position will report to the VP of Sales and is Remote within the United States.

What You’ll Do
- Drive significant revenue growth by securing recent public sector clients and expanding existing government accounts.
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with high-level government officials that position our company as a critical technology partner.
- Successfully manage both transactional deals and large multimillion-dollar opportunities within the constraints of government procurement processes.
- Develop strategies to increase visibility and create opportunities within the public sector market.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline information, and drive strategic improvement of forecasting processes in the public sector marke
