Chrysalis (EZ Vidya) is a Chennai based educational organization that is committed to bringing a change in the current education system with a vision of
Awakening Human potential in every child
. For the last 24 years, we have been working with stakeholders in education across the country by developing solutions that can be implemented in mainstream schools. Team Chrysalis is a bunch of inspired unique minds with diverse skill sets and united in our passion for bringing in a positive change in the current education system. Every action we take is guided by the unique values - compassion, courage, excellence, joyfulness and genuineness. Every action we take, is for the child.

Through our years of research, we have partnered with 800+ schools across India, touching more than 300000 children. We track the progress of transformation in every school that we partner, in the four cultural forces that impact learning – Teaching, Assessments, Learning Setting and School Systems. More importantly,



the biggest measurement of impact of our program is in seeing the joy in a child’s eyes when he/she picks up a Studio or a Companion. It keeps us going with grit and determination in our journey to awaken the extraordinary Human Potential in every child.

School Partnerships is at the forefront of helping Chrysalis awaken the human potential in every child. School partnerships team is pivotal in introducing schools to Chrysalis way of education and handling the difficult role of manging customer expectations, coordinating with internal teams and the financial wellness of the organization with aplomb. Vibrant team of passionate individuals who believe in the Chrysalis way of education, the School Partnerships team comprises of ambassadors of Chrysalis who spread the word on the various Chrysalis products and offerings to customers.
