Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Junior Sales Executive/Billing role based in Coimbatore. The role involves supporting sales activities by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up on leads to convert them into orders. The Junior Sales Executive/Billing professional will manage billing processes, generate invoices, update sales and payment records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation.



Daily tasks include maintaining customer databases, assisting with order processing, tracking deliveries, and helping resolve basic customer issues related to billing or product information. The role also supports reporting activities by preparing sales summaries, basic analytics, and maintaining documentation for audits and internal reviews.

Qualifications
- Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build relationships, understand client requirements, and communicate product details clearly.
- Billing and documentation skills, such as invoice preparation, record keeping, and basic knowledge of financial or ERP software.
