People Management
- Hiring a team of high quality SDETs and QAEs
- Work allocation for the team depending on their strengths
- Goal setting and continuous performance feedback for the team
- Developing and growing the skills of the team members

Responsibilities
- Lead the QA team and mentor test engineers.
- Define and implement QA processes and testing strategies.




- Create test plans, test cases, and test execution schedules. Leverage AI-powered QA tools to improve

test planning, test case generation, defect analysis, regression testing, and overall testing efficiency.
- Coordinate manual and automated testing efforts. Evaluate, adopt, and promote AI-assisted testing

practices to accelerate release cycles while maintaining high product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where AI can enhance test

automation, quality analytics, and risk-based testing.
- Manage defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution.
- Ensure product quality across functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
- Drive continuous improvement by incorporating AI-driven insights into QA processes and mentoring the

team on emerging AI-enabled testing capabilities.
