Your new role
As an Advanced Business Analyst within SAP & Ecosystems, you will play a key role in driving delivery and continuous improvement within the SAP ATTP (Serialization) domain. You will combine strong functional expertise with end-to-end ownership of solutions, ensuring alignment between business needs, solution design, and compliant operations in a truly global setting.
Day-to-day your tasks will include:
- Acting as a Serialization Subject Matter Expert for Operations & Maintenance, participating in design reviews and contributing to solution implementation, including support for ATTP test case creation, updates and execution
- Translating business needs into system changes and performing end-to-end delivery, ensuring quality, validation and traceability across the lifecycle
- Providing support for SAP ATTP and SAP Traceability Hub, monitoring system performance and driving continuous improvement through proactive risk and incident management and root cause analysis
- Coordinating with ERP and EWM teams on incidents and change management, and partnering with global stakeholders (HQ, regions, vendors) to align delivery and support
- Establishing clear handover procedures, training teams and strengthening domain knowledge within GBS
- Exploring emerging SAP capabilities, including AI and automation, to enhance efficiency, compliance and business value across ATTP operations
Please note: this role is split between Denmark and India with a high degree of cross-location interaction. Due to time-zone differences with HQ and occasional collaboration with US-based teams, flexibility
