The Senior Manager TIMCFS shall have end-to-end ownership of the Techno India Manchester City Football School project and will be fully accountable for its strategic direction, commercial success, operational excellence, financial performance, brand compliance, and long-term growth. The role functions as the business head of the project with complete responsibility for delivering sustainable profitability while maintaining the standards and reputation of both Techno India Group and Manchester City Football School
Preferred candidate profile
Experience
- 812 years of experience in operations, business management, sports management, education management, hospitality, or a related industry.
- Proven experience in independently managing a business unit or profit centre.
- Demonstrated experience in P&L; ownership and team leadership.
- Experience in sports academies, football clubs, educational institutions, or premium service businesses will be an added advantage.
