Role Description
The Branch Credit Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Unnao,



responsible for managing credit operations and risk at the branch level. The role involves evaluating and approving credit proposals, ensuring adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines, and maintaining high-quality loan portfolios across retail, MSME, and other banking segments. The Branch Credit Manager will review financial statements, conduct credit assessment and due diligence, monitor portfolio performance, and track early warning signals to minimize delinquency and loss. The role includes close collaboration with branch business teams to support growth targets, provide credit guidance, and maintain strong customer relationships while upholding ethical and compliant lending standards. The Branch Credit Manager will also prepare periodic credit reports, participate in audits, and contribute to process improvements in credit underwriting and risk management.
