The Impact
This role is responsible for delivering automated and manual testing as well as operational support in collaboration with the Scrum team. You will partner closely with developers to create test strategies, plans, schedules, and execution approaches aligned to defined quality metrics and requirements. The ideal candidate is passionate about test automation and building clean, maintainable test solutions using tools and languages such as Java, Python, and Selenium.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement test strategies and test plans based on system specifications, business requirements, and user stories.




- Develop and execute automated test suites across UI and API layers.
- Design and write maintainable automated feature scripts using Java, and Python.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities within sprint timelines.
- Execute manual testing (functional, regression, smoke) as needed to support release quality.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA and/or Azure DevOps.
- Analyze recurring issues and implement automation to reduce future regressions.
- Support CI/CD pipeline integration for automated test execution and reporting.
- Communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders on technical and non-technical topics.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1 to 3 years of experience in software testing (manual and/or automation) is beneficial
