Assembly & Installation

Fit and assemble machine parts, piping, and structural components.

Install equipment as per engineering drawings and specifications.

Maintenance & Repair

Perform routine maintenance of pumps, valves, gearboxes, and rotating equipment.

Diagnose faults and carry out corrective repairs.

Alignment & Adjustment

Ensure proper alignment of shafts, couplings, and bearings.

Adjust machinery for optimal performance.

Safety & Compliance

Follow plant safety procedures and use PPE.

Maintain housekeeping standards in the workshop and plant area.

Documentation

Record maintenance activities and report equipment status.

Assist supervisors in preparing maintenance logs.
