Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a Business Development Manager located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, crafting sales strategies, and managing account portfolios. The position also involves market analysis, collaboration with internal teams to meet client needs, and achieving revenue growth targets through innovative methodologies and networking.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong Market Analysis, Strategic Thinking, and Negotiation Skills
- Familiarity with the Advertising, Digital, or Media sectors and relevant industry knowledge
- Exceptional Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation Abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Previous experience in a business development role within the Ad Agency or related industries is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field preferred
