A Typical Day at Filter You as a

HR Generalist / Culture Catalyst
would look like:

● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

● Build a positive workplace culture by organizing team-building activities,



employee engagement initiatives, and office events.

● Manage vendor registrations and documentation. Create, submit, and track client invoices while following up on outstanding payments.

● Maintain records of inward income and outward expenses, ensuring all transactions are accurately documented and up to date and coordinate effectively with our CFO on organising books.

● Plan and manage travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries for domestic business trips.

● Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve internal workflows, employee experience, and operational efficiency.

● Ensure employee records, company documents, and internal processes are organized and up to date.

● Continuously identify opportunities to enhance workplace culture, streamline administrative processes, and create an environment where both people and the business can thrive.
