Role Description
The L&D; Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating learning initiatives for field and office teams. In this role, the specialist develops training content, programs, and workshops that strengthen merchandising excellence, retail execution, and service quality across the organization. Daily responsibilities include conducting training sessions, coordinating onboarding programs, identifying skill gaps,



and creating learning paths aligned with business goals. The L&D; Specialist collaborates closely with operations, HR, and leadership to ensure that learning solutions are practical, scalable, and measurable, using feedback and performance data to continuously improve training effectiveness.

Qualifications
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and learning modules tailored to diverse learner groups.
- Strong skills in needs assessment, curriculum development, and evaluation of training outcomes using qualitative and quantitative data.
- Proficiency in using digital learning tools and platforms (e-learning, LMS, virtual training) and creating clear, well-structured training materials.
- Effective communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a simple, actionable manner.
- Collaborative mindset, with experience working cross-fun
