Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and research-driven Market Research & Lead Generation Associate to support our business development initiatives. In this role, you will identify market opportunities, research target accounts, generate high-quality leads, and maintain accurate prospect data to help drive business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, industry insights, and business opportunities
• Identify and profile prospective customers based on predefined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and business criteria
• Build and maintain high-quality prospect databases using various research platforms and business directories
• Validate, enrich, and maintain lead information to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Research companies, key decision-makers, and organizational structures to support outreach initiatives
• Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to deliver qualified leads
• Maintain lead data and activity records in CRM systems and ensure data hygiene
• Prepare market research reports and provide actionable insights to support business strategies
