The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities. Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines. Allocate and manage project resources effectively. Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. Track project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Identify project risks, issues, and assist in implementing solutions. Maintain project records and ensure compliance with company processes. Support the Project Manager in daily operations and project execution.



Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 1.5 years of experience in project coordination or project management. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Charts, Data Analysis, etc.). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
