Role Overview
We're looking for a highly motivated professional who can seamlessly manage both
Business Development
and
Project Management
. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert high-quality leads into long-term clients.
- Conduct meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand business needs.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with Canadian clients.
- Manage end-to-end execution of branding, marketing, video production, and digital marketing projects.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, marketers, and developers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and revisions.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through proactive communication and project management.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services.
- Maintain organized documentation and internal project workflows.
Requirements
- Good spoken and written
English.
- Candidates
must be based in Kerala (Other States are also considerable)
.
- Previous experience in Business Development, Project Management, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
