We are looking for a Senior Proposal Executive with 5+ years of experience in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of tenders.
- Coordinate with vendors for RFQs, quotations, and required documentation.
- Manage pre-contract activities including documentation, compliance checks, and bid

submissions
- Prepared pre-qualification documents and floated RFQs to vendors for rate collection and

comparison.
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with estimation, engineering, procurement, and project teams.
- Ensure all tender documents are complete and submitted on time.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and respond to client queries when required.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders and proposal documents.
- Monitor tender opportunities through various portals.
- Ensure proposals meet client requirements and company standards.




- Positive knowledge of construction tendering and proposal preparation.
- Understanding of BOQs, drawings, and contract documents.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience: Minimum 5 yrs experience required.
