Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Doctors role based in Trivandrum. The role involves providing high-quality,



evidence-based clinical care, including assessing patients, diagnosing conditions, ordering and interpreting investigations, and developing appropriate treatment plans. Doctors will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care and contribute to rounds, case discussions and clinical decision-making. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate medical records, adhering to clinical protocols, regulatory standards and infection control guidelines, and supporting quality improvement initiatives. The role also includes patient and family communication, health education, participation in clinical audits, and, where applicable, involvement in teaching, training and research activities.

Qualifications
- Relevant medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution, with valid medical council registration.
