Role Description
The Client Success Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Navi Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client objectives, and ensuring delivery of high-impact marketing solutions that align with those goals. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring campaign performance, analyzing results, and coordinating with internal teams to improve client outcomes and satisfaction. The Client Success Manager will handle client queries,



conduct regular check-ins and reviews, and proactively identify opportunities for retention, upsell, and growth. This role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, reporting key metrics, and representing client interests within the agency.
