Job Description Utility Management Engineer

Qualification:
- Diploma / B.E. in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Experience – Diploma 7 years or BE 5 years in Utility Management, Facility Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily with HVAC technicians to ensure effective implementation of preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with the electrical maintenance team to ensure secure and efficient operation of substations and related electrical systems like – Substation breakers, Solar plant etc.
- Coordinate with plumber for resolution of plumbing issues in the plant
- Coordinate with OEMs and service providers for utility equipment such as:
- Air Compressors
- ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant)
- STP (Sewage Treatment Plant)
- BMS (Building Management System)
- LMS and other utility systems
- DG sets
- Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance activities for utility equipment to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.




- Monitor utility equipment performance and support troubleshooting during breakdowns.
- Ensure timely closure of maintenance activities and maintain relevant documentation and records.
- Follow safety standards and statutory compliance requirements related to utility operations.
- Support energy conservation and utility optimization initiatives.
- Identity the spares required to minimize the down time of HVAC, electrical, compressors and plumbing Equipments and support to maintenance leader for arranging the same.
- MIS reporting

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, substations, compressors, ETP/STP operations, and BMS.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance planning.
- Vendor and OEM coordination.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices and statutory requirements.
