V1Drive is a tech-enabled automotive aftermarket e-commerce business selling across Amazon, JioMart, IndiaMart and Flipkart and Own-app. We are looking for a detail-oriented accountant who can own day-to-day accounting and, most importantly, manage the complex marketplace reconciliation that sits at the heart of our business.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Reconciliation (core focus) • Reconcile settlements across all Amazon models Seller Central, Sellerflex, and E-trade - along with JioMart, and Flipkart • Match marketplace payouts against orders; identify short payments, commission discrepancies, and fee deductions (referral fees, FBA fees, storage, advertising) • Reconcile returns, refunds, and RTO (return to origin) against settlements • Reconcile marketplace and payment gateway data with Zoho Books Accounting & Compliance • Day-to-day bookkeeping on Zoho Books • GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR - 3B), reconciliation, e-invoicing,



and overall compliance • TDS computation and filing • Bank reconciliation Payments & Ledgers • Maintain and reconcile supplier/vendor ledgers • Manage inter-company transactions. • Accounts payable and receivable management Reporting • Prepare monthly MIS reports - revenue by channel, expenses, P&L;, receivables, payables, and cash position, etc. • Coordinate with the company's CA for audits and annual filings Requirements • B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA• Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in e-commerce or a marketplace business • Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (Mandatory) • Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and marketplace/e-commerce accounting • High attention to detail and robust reconciliation skill.
