About the Role We are seeking an experienced Digital Tech Lead / IT/OT Architect to drive the Industrial Information Systems (IS) landscape and lead digital transformation initiatives. The role will be responsible for defining IT/OT architecture, leading project delivery, ensuring solution quality, and serving as the primary technical interface with global stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess robust leadership capabilities, enterprise architecture expertise, and experience working in global engineering and manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Manages the 6-FTE Digital Factory pod; SPOC towards central architect, program manager, and local operations




- Owns end-to-end architecture, consistency, and integrity of the industrial IS across all manufacturing applications
- Supervises design, installation, configuration, testing, and go-live of the Industrial IS Core Package; arbitrates technical decisions
- Facilitates Agile delivery — sprint planning, dailies, demos, CoProj, and COPIL reporting
- Owns quality, resource planning, documentation standards, user-support framework, and knowledge transfer
- Leads the design and implementation of Industrial IT/OT solutions aligned with business objectives
- Defines and governs enterprise architecture for manufacturing and industrial digital systems
- Acts as the Single Point of Contact for coordination with global stakeholders
- Drives end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence
- Facilitates Agile ceremonies and promotes Agile best practices across project teams
- Collaborates with busines
