About the Role

We are looking for a highly proactive, smart, and result-oriented Digital Marketer cum Social

Media Expert to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate should be capable of

managing social media platforms, running paid advertising campaigns, implementing marketing

automations, and taking ownership of marketing activities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

● Manage and grow all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,

TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.

● Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms.

● Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness,

engagement, and lead generation.

● Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for growth.

Paid Advertising (Mandatory)

● Plan, launch, optimise, and monitor Google Ads campaigns.





● Manage Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.

● Conduct audience research, campaign testing, and performance optimization.

● Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

Marketing Automation

● Implement and manage marketing automation tools and workflows.

● Automate lead capture, nurturing, follow-ups, and reporting processes.

● Explore AI and automation tools to improve marketing efficiency and productivity.

● Integrate marketing tools and platforms where applicable.

Analytics & Reporting

● Monitor campaign performance and key marketing metrics.

● Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.

● Use data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.

● Mandatory hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

● Robust understanding of social media algorithms and content strat
